Glad that I found Bay IC repair. They were able to fix my old gameboy SP and give it an upgrade. This shop is very experienced in fixing all kinds of tech. They are very knowledgeable and upfront and honest. Thankful and grateful for this small business right in our neighborhood.
I’ve used this electronics repair store several times, and they have always been helpful and able to fix my electronics. I really appreciate their knowledge, effort, and willingness to help whenever I need a repair. I would give 5 stars if I hadn’t had to return a few laptops that I purchased or had repaired there. However, what really stands out is that they take full responsibility when something needs to be corrected and make a genuine effort to make things right. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with their service and would recommend them to others. On top of that, they are very respectful, professional, and communicate well with their customers. I’m sure I’ll be coming back again, and I have no doubt they’ll earn those 5 stars next time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is an absolute gem! Fast, professional, knowledgeable. Dropped my sons damaged ps5 off a little past 6pm (mind you they closed at 6, but waited for me) and it was ready the next day! Thank you again!
Been here several times and will be back if needed. Had help with computer twice and cost was way better then I expected. When part came in and wasn't functioning they handled all the complications took a bit longer but was stress free on my end. really great service.

These guys are very friendly and honest. I've stopped by here twice related to a couple iphone issues I wanted resolved (one time related to my mom's cracked iphone screen needing to be replaced and another time related to my charging port not fully functioning. Both times they fixed the issue and didn't even charge me. I will definitely be heading back if/when my laptop or phone need repair.
Fantastic work, knowledgeable and trustworthy techs. I do most of my own work when something goes wrong with my computer but I had issues with an overheating GPU and was wary of opening it up and repasting myself. These guys clearly knew what they were doing, were able to talk to me about different options for thermals and brought the thing back to life in no time and it's running perfectly. 10/10 highly recommend
I left my Ipad Air 5th generation last Thursday 8/6/2026 at 1:30pm And haven’t had any updates. And no one is returning my text or phone calls . I hope they haven’t lost my daughter’s IPad. Hopefully they will contact me and I can update this review. Update: Received a reply and they are going to investigate internally and get back to me before end of day. Thank you Update: I received an extensive email and they alleviated my concerns. I admire their willingness to explain what is happening behind the scenes. Final update: I picked up my device without any issues. I would recommend this place for anyone who has a device in need of repair.
