Greg was great to work with. He was very honest and transparent throughout the whole process, fixed my water damaged laptop, and even cleaned it up nicely. Yeah so I called in to get an estimate to install a screen protector for my pixel 10 pro XL, he was so nice and generous and offer to install the screen protector for free, one time. I went over and he did just that and did not ask for no payment. This is by far the best, honest and person I have dealt with in a long time. Will do business again for sure. Thanks again a lot!

I left my Ipad Air 5th generation last Thursday 8/6/2026 at 1:30pm And haven’t had any updates. And no one is returning my text or phone calls . I hope they haven’t lost my daughter’s IPad. Hopefully they will contact me and I can update this review. Update: Received a reply and they are going to investigate internally and get back to me before end of day. Thank you Update: I received an extensive email and they alleviated my concerns. I admire their willingness to explain what is happening behind the scenes. Final update: I picked up my device without any issues. I would recommend this place for anyone who has a device in need of repair.

Glad that I found Bay IC repair. They were able to fix my old gameboy SP and give it an upgrade. This shop is very experienced in fixing all kinds of tech. They are very knowledgeable and upfront and honest. Thankful and grateful for this small business right in our neighborhood.
