- Repair and order details, such as your device make and model, the problem you describe, and how you want the repair done (in our shop, or by mail-in or on-site service where we offer it)
- A shipping or service address, if you choose mail-in or on-site service where we offer it
- Appointment and message records, such as form submissions, emails and texts
- Account details, if you create an account on the Site
- Business or school details, if you use our business repair forms
- Reviews or feedback you send us
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and approximate location
- The ad or link that brought you to the Site, such as campaign tags and ad click IDs from Google, Microsoft or Meta. The Site keeps this in your browser for up to 30 days and sends it with any booking or form you submit, so we can tell which of our ads and listings work.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 6
Information on your device during repair: we may need to turn on and test your device, which can briefly show content on it. We do not look through, copy or keep your files, messages, photos or accounts, except as needed to test and complete the repair or as you ask, for example a data transfer.
Payment information: when you pay online, your payment is handled by our payment processor; when you pay in our shop, it is handled at our counter. We do not store your full card number on the Site.

- To contact you about your order, such as status updates and pickup notices

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, repair ticket and scheduling software, payment processors, email and text message providers, and analytics and advertising tools. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Shipping carriers, if you choose mail-in service.
- Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to lawful requests, enforcing our terms, or protecting rights, property or safety.
- Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized. Your repair and warranty history may go to the new owner so your warranty can continue.
5. Text and Email Messages
We text and email you about your repair, such as your quote, appointment confirmations, status updates and pickup notices, using the contact details you give us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at any time to change your preferences. We do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your choices, understand how the Site is used, and measure and improve our advertising. The Site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which can load advertising tags such as Google Ads. Our booking and contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a real person is sending the form. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
- When we advertise with Google, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to show ads based on your earlier visits to the Site. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show ads based on your visits to the Site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at optout.aboutads.info.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, honor warranty claims, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We then delete or anonymize it.
