Bryan is so awesome! He's really passionate about what he does and repairs everything faster than Apple! Saves so much time so I'm thrilled! He's very caring and teaches you how to take good care of your prized electronics so that they'll last for a long time. His store is neat too. Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff, and convenient & flexible hours as well. My schedule is so jam packed so I really appreciate him accommodating me and answering all my questions. Greg is the man! We all know the stress of having our computer suddenly stop working. He quickly diagnosed the issue, assisted us with repair, and went above and beyond to address the issue. I walked in quite worried I might need a new computer and walked out with a computer that turned on. Phew! There is a reason this place has such great reviews. Support your local repair shop. This place is it!

I visited because I was having problems with my MacBook. Greg spent around 30 to 40 minutes troubleshooting it and identified the issue. He didn't want to charge me for his time and simply asked that I return if I needed help in the future. His humility and generosity have made me a lifelong customer, and I highly recommend him for tech repairs.

Greg changed out the battery on my Dell laptop in a little over an hour, for $40. Geek Squad wanted $69 and min three days. Another computer repair place wanted $169 for the job. There’s a reason I keep coming back here for phone and computer issues- Greg is awesome!!!

Very knowleadgeable staff these guys know their stuff about all kinds of Pc's and phones whether it's gaming or an Apple / Android they can replace broken screens with any quality of glass as you choose or build from the ground up a pc for any budget and offer the best prices not only in Castro Valley but in the entire county. Highly competent place i've been their regular customer for around 5 years and their service is always on point A+
